Blackburn Shores
Blackburn Shores is a luxury bayside neighborhood with only 19 homes. You’ll find it tucked away in Nokomis, between Venice and Sarasota.
There is a community boat dock along the Intracoastal Waterway for residents and guests. Stroll down to the docks and watch the passing boats in Blackburn Bay and Casey Key beyond.
