Willow Springs
Located on Center Road in Venice, Willow Springs is a smaller community of well maintained 1980s homes. It’s just a short hop to get on I-75 from here via Jacaranda or River Road. There’s plenty of shopping along Center Road and Jacaranda, and the YMCA is also located here.
Florida style homes with lanais and split bedroom plans are clustered around small lakes. Low fees, which include use of the clubhouse, workout room, pool, hot tub and tennis courts, make this maintenance provided neighborhood popular.
Prices are generally affordable, but little comes on the market.
