Pinebrook

Pinebrook South is a large three-phase community off Venice Avenue East at Pinebrook Road. Within the city limits of Venice, this neighborhood was established in the late 1970s and continued to build out through the 80s.

This more established area exhibits the homeowners concern over keeping their yards well maintained with lush tropical trees and flowers blooming everywhere.

Pinebrooks South is a little closer to downtown Venice and the Gulf beaches than the interstate, but it’s still only five minutes or so from I-75.

Some large lakes offer waterfront views for some residents, and a few homes actually border Curry Creek where the community has a launch for small boats. From there you can boat out to the Gulf of Mexico or just find a good fishing hole in the backwater bays.

A community pool and clubhouse serve the homeowners plus across the street is  Pinebrook Park with the Venice Fitness Trail, ball fields, croquet field & tennis courts. Two golf courses are nearby, and you have shopping right around the corner.

This handy location also features underground utilities, central

water and sewer and very low yearly HOA fees of only $190. Though Pinebrook South is deed restricted, it is not gated.

Children in this family oriented community attend Venice Elementary, Middle and Senior High schools.
