Tarpon Cove

Tarpon Cove is a 2002 development of luxury condos in the Punta Gorda Isles section of Punta Gorda. Though they are two-story attached villas, their square footage rivals most single family homes.
Ground floor units are generally less expensive than 2nd floor units, and the location is stellar.
Tarpon Cove has access to Charlotte Harbor and some of the best fishing in the world via a short canal. No bridges here to hinder sailboats, and docks can be deeded to the homeowners. Prices range from $300s to $700s with awesome waterfront views commanding the highest dollar.
Within the complex, you can enjoy the clubhouse, exercise room and heated pool. There are deed restrictions, but the HOA is voluntary. Monthly maintenance fees are over $400 and include water, sewer, roof and road maintenance, reserve fund, public insurance, recreation facilities, pest control, pool service, exterior painting, flood insurance, irrigation, lawn care and more.

Tarpon Cove is just a short walk from historic downtown Punta Gorda, voted one of the Best Places to Live by Money magazine. Sample Tex-Mex, steaks, Asian, seafood and much more in Punta Gorda. Open air shopping is just down the street at Fisherman’s Village, a unique waterfront mini-mall, where you can also grab a fishing charter or sightseeing boat to explore Charlotte Harbor.
