Venice East Golf Club
Venice East is behind the small executive Venice East Golf Club  on US 41 south of Venice and is an area of generally modest homes with modest price tags. Most residences were built in the 1970s and 80s.
Bring your golf clubs and get in a little practice at the convenient course in the complex.  Often the homes have been updated with new roofs, appliances, kitchens and more so you can find a real value here. This area is serviced with public water and sewer.
You could easily walk to the library on Jacaranda Boulevard, Home Depot or Wal-Mar t. Plus, you can take Jacaranda right out to I-75. Nearby Woodmere Park is a Sarasota County Park with a constant schedule of classes and events.
There is Homeowners Association here, but membership is voluntary.
This location also places you south of the Venice traffic, yet only a few minutes to Manasota Key beach and Englewood.
