Woodland Park
 Located off of McIntosh Road in the charming city of Sarasota is Woodland Park, a cozy community that features gorgeous matured trees and pristine homes that are well maintained and friendly. The location is great – you can be downtown, at the beach or having dinner in minutes and the hospital and airport are both close also. It is located in one of the most popular school districts in Sarasota County, which adds to the appeal of the community itself.
Most of the homes in Woodland Park were built in the late 1980’s and therefore have that old Florida feel that so many homeowners desire.
