Overbrook Gardens is not a deed restricted community. The homeowners association is voluntary, and membership is only $40.00 per year. The maintenance-free environment includes security patrols, landscaping – including weeding, mowing, tree trimming, erosion maintenance, ant treatment, and trash collection, maintenance of entry monuments and walls and maintenance of the community boat ramp.
With over 113 properties located on navigable waterways, there is a home site for every taste and budget. The Overbrook Gardens community is beautifully landscaped and peppered with mangroves and other natural plants and trees. Residents can keep up to two recreational vehicles on their property – boats, RVs and travel trailers.
