Overbrook Gardens is an established community in Englewood, Florida. Located just fifteen minutes from I-75 and three quarters a mile from the Intracoastal Waterway on Lemon Bay, Overbrook Gardens is close to Venice and conveniently located near all amenities and services, including hospitals, restaurants, libraries, schools and shopping. Overbrook Gardens is approximately 50 miles north of Fort Myers and 40 miles south of Sarasota and has its own bus stop to take residents into nearby towns.

Residents are surrounded by warm white beaches, boating, sailing, fishing and six golf courses, there is always something to do in this community. Hop on your bike or walk to Manasota Beach. Boat owners will enjoy the private boat ramp, and the fee-free slips. Every homeowners association member benefits from the maintenance-free, carefree neighborhood. Overbrook Gardens is not a deed restricted community. The homeowners association is voluntary, and membership is only $40.00 per year. The maintenance-free environment includes security patrols, landscaping – including weeding, mowing, tree trimming, erosion maintenance, ant treatment, and trash collection, maintenance of entry monuments and walls and maintenance of the community boat ramp.

With over 113 properties located on navigable waterways, there is a home site for every taste and budget. The Overbrook Gardens community is beautifully landscaped and peppered with mangroves and other natural plants and trees. Residents can keep up to two recreational vehicles on their property – boats, RVs and travel trailers.
